About

This two-day convening takes place at a pivotal moment. Expect to find the ideas, tools and relationships that will help you make the most of it! Together, we will generate the energy and power that comes from making connections – across people, issues and places – and taking care – of ourselves and others. We believe that when community gathers, powerful ideas, actions and resources will emerge. Get ready to Power Up!

TRAVEL

The Stipend Request Deadline has passed. If you have questions, please email 411@calwellnesspowerup.org

We recognize that our grantees come from all corners of our great state (and beyond) and we want to do all that we can to support your attendance.

To that end, we offer travel stipends to all attendees on a first come basis.  Stipends are weighted by distance of your organization to San Francisco and are distributed as follows:

120+ Miles = $360 (50% of hotel stay, $100 airfare and $50 additional travel costs)
50-120 Miles = $250 (50% of hotel stay and $50 additional travel costs)
25-50  Miles = $50 (Gas/parking fees)

The Stipend Request Deadline has passed. If you have questions, please email 411@calwellnesspowerup.org

In addition, you are welcome to drop your luggage at the Grand Hyatt before Tuesday's Sabbatical Awards program.  We will have shuttle service between the Grand Hyatt and Terra Gallery on Tuesday morning and evening, as well as a LYFT special code for travel within San Francisco.

PLEASE OPT FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND RIDE SHARE WHERE POSSIBLE.  San Francisco traffic is quite challenging, there is extensive construction underway, and parking is very expensive and hard to find.

HOTEL INFORMATION

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco for PowerUp! attendees at the rate of $359 plus tax per night.

The deadline to reserve a room at the convening rate has passed.
